The first step that you need to do is :
- check if you have internet
- check that the phone is plugged in (power)
- check also the modem and if the modem is plugged in.
The second steps is :
- check your cables
- reboot your phone device
- reboot your modem en/of firewall
Third step is :
you will have to reconfigure the phone
